Donald Gialanella - Metal Sculpture

I tried to create an image that represents this ubiquitous lactating bovine as an idealized icon, massive and unassuming. It is composed entirely of steel, some pieces carefully chosen from the scrap pile and others cut to size, bent and welded into place.  I scaled up my rough drawings to full size using anatomically accurate reference.
