Donald Gialanella - Metal Sculpture

This owl is based on a photograph I took one morning on the way to the studio of a small owl that was perched on the top of a tall fence post. The cactus is composed of a myriad of triangular cut pieces welded onto an iron armature that constitutes the "bones" of the double armed saguaro.
