Donald Gialanella - Metal Sculpture

This series of pieces transform from abstract to figurative.  Seen from the side, seven parallel swirl textured stainless steel plates form the unmistakable image of a Man.  From the front, the sculpture is reduced to seven geometrically distinct vertical lines and a brain holding it all together.
